Meet The Chef
Kia Goss started her Culinary journey as a young child cooking for her family and learning from her grandfathers. She started college at the Art Institute of Charleston in 2014 and obtained her first job as a dish washer at Wild Wings Café. From there in 2015 she helped be a part of opening a new business called Ellis Creek Fish Camp as a server. In 2017, she decided to serve the country as a truck driver. Kia was in the Army for two years where she was honorably discharged. She then started working at a new restaurant and started off as being a line cook. With her superior leadership skills, she was quickly promoted to Kitchen Manager. After realizing she wanted more knowledge about the culinary industry, she decided to return to the Art Institute to gain her Associates degree.
